The client — a UAE national family — had purchased a new-build villa on the Palm and required a complete interior fit-out from bare shell. The vision was refined neo-classical luxury: warm champagne tones, bespoke joinery throughout, a walk-in wardrobe fit for a boutique, and a living room that commands attention without shouting.
كان العميل — عائلة إماراتية — قد اقتنى فيلا حديثة البناء على النخلة، وطلب تشطيباً داخلياً كاملاً من الهيكل الخرساني العاري. تمثّلت الرؤية في فخامة كلاسيكية محدّثة ورفيعة: درجات شامبانية دافئة، ونجارة مخصصة في كل أرجاء المنزل، وخزانة ملابس بمستوى البوتيكات الراقية، وصالة معيشة تفرض حضورها بلا صخب.

New-build Palm villas come as bare concrete with minimal internal architectural detail. The client wanted ornate cornicing, panel-moulded walls, and bespoke built-ins — all needing to be designed and manufactured from scratch without any existing reference points to build on.
تُسلَّم فلل النخلة حديثة البناء كهيكل خرساني عارٍ بأدنى قدر من التفاصيل المعمارية الداخلية. أراد العميل كرانيش مزخرفة، وجدراناً مكسوّة بألواح بارزة، ووحدات مدمجة مخصصة — وكلها يلزم تصميمها وتصنيعها من الصفر دون أي مرجعية قائمة للبناء عليها.
The walk-in wardrobe presented particular complexity: the client required a symmetrical boutique-quality layout with integrated lighting, mirror dressing station, and hidden storage — in a space with two structural columns interrupting the floor plan.
شكّلت غرفة الملابس المتكاملة تحدياً خاصاً: فقد طلب العميل توزيعاً متناظراً بجودة البوتيكات الراقية، مع إضاءة مدمجة، ومحطة تجميل بمرآة، ووحدات تخزين خفية — في حيّز يتخلّله عمودان إنشائيان يقطعان المخطط الأرضي.
Architecturally resolved before a single cut was made

Our team produced full architectural drawings for every room, including detailed joinery shop drawings reviewed and approved by the client before production. The columns in the wardrobe were turned into design features — integrated into the shelving module rhythm rather than hidden.
أنجز فريقنا مخططات معمارية كاملة لكل غرفة، شملت مخططات تصنيع نجارة تفصيلية روجعت واعتُمدت من العميل قبل بدء الإنتاج. وحُوِّل العمودان في غرفة الملابس إلى عنصرين تصميميين — دُمجا ضمن إيقاع وحدات الرفوف بدلاً من إخفائهما.
All joinery was manufactured in-house at our workshop under architect supervision, with a dedicated site team for installation. The result: zero rework, delivered two days ahead of schedule, with client sign-off on first inspection.
