Lento Restaurant required a comprehensive fit-out delivering custom furniture, bespoke signage, integrated lighting, and premium decorative elements for a contemporary dining destination in Um Al Sheif, Dubai. The scope covered complete supply and professional installation across every element of the interior.
تطلّب مطعم Lento تشطيبًا داخليًا شاملًا يقدّم أثاثًا مخصصًا، ولافتات مصمّمة حسب الطلب، وإضاءة مدمجة، وعناصر زخرفية راقية، لوجهة طعام معاصرة في أم الشيف بدبي. وشمل نطاق العمل التوريد الكامل والتركيب الاحترافي لكل عنصر من عناصر التصميم الداخلي.
The client's vision was a space defined by tactile materiality — raw steel and cast concrete balanced against warm leather upholstery, with a custom RAL colour palette unifying every painted surface. No off-the-shelf piece was specified; every item was designed and manufactured to the project's exact requirements.
كانت رؤية العميل مساحةً تتحدد بحضور المواد الملموس — فولاذ خام وخرسانة مصبوبة في توازن مع تنجيد جلدي دافئ، مع لوحة ألوان RAL مخصصة توحّد كل سطح مطلي. لم تُحدَّد أي قطعة جاهزة؛ بل صُمِّم كل عنصر وصُنِّع وفق متطلبات المشروع بدقة.
Delivering a hospitality destination with no precedent

The brief required designing and manufacturing 18+ fully bespoke furniture pieces — from DJ tables with cast concrete tops to premium upholstered seating and a KAWS sculpture podium — alongside a complete four-sign signage system, integrated DJ lighting, glass block installations and stainless steel cladding, all within a single coordinated project scope.
اقتضت المتطلبات تصميم وتصنيع أكثر من 18 قطعة أثاث مخصصة بالكامل — من طاولات DJ بأسطح خرسانية مصبوبة إلى مقاعد فاخرة منجّدة ومنصة منحوتة KAWS — إلى جانب منظومة لافتات كاملة من أربع وحدات، وإضاءة DJ مدمجة، وتركيبات بلوك زجاجي، وكسوة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ، وكل ذلك ضمن نطاق مشروع واحد منسّق.
Each element had to work as part of a unified material palette while being technically distinct: structural steel weldments, precision concrete casting, leather upholstery, architectural glazing, and surface cladding all required different fabrication disciplines and coordination on site.
كان على كل عنصر أن يتكامل ضمن لوحة مواد موحّدة مع كونه متمايزًا تقنيًا: فقد تطلّبت لحامات الفولاذ الإنشائي، وصبّ الخرسانة الدقيق، والتنجيد الجلدي، والتزجيج المعماري، وكسوة الأسطح، تخصصات تصنيع مختلفة وتنسيقًا في الموقع.
Every piece resolved on drawing before production
كل قطعة محسومة على الرسم قبل الإنتاج
Our team produced detailed fabrication drawings for every furniture piece, material panel, and signage element before a single cut was made. Steel and concrete structural elements were fabricated in-house at our workshop; leather upholstery was sourced to specification and fitted by specialist craftsmen. The RAL colour palette was finalised and signed off before any surface finishing began.
أعدّ فريقنا رسومات تصنيع مفصّلة لكل قطعة أثاث ولوح مادة وعنصر لافتة قبل إجراء أي قَطع. وصُنِّعت العناصر الإنشائية من الفولاذ والخرسانة داخليًا في ورشتنا؛ فيما وُرِّد التنجيد الجلدي وفق المواصفات وركّبه حرفيون متخصصون. واعتُمدت لوحة ألوان RAL نهائيًا قبل بدء أي تشطيب للأسطح.
The DJ lighting system and glass block installations were coordinated within the main fit-out programme to eliminate re-work and ensure sequencing matched the construction timeline. The result: complete delivery — all 18+ furniture pieces, all four signs, all surface installations — to the client's exact specification.
جرى تنسيق منظومة إضاءة الـ DJ وتركيبات البلوك الزجاجي ضمن برنامج التشطيب الرئيسي لاستبعاد إعادة العمل وضمان توافق التتابع مع الجدول الزمني للإنشاء. وكانت النتيجة تسليمًا كاملًا — جميع قطع الأثاث الـ 18+، واللافتات الأربع، وكل تركيبات الأسطح — وفق مواصفات العميل بدقة.
