By accessing and using the website thewalls.ae ("the Site") operated by THE WALLS CARPENTRY L.L.C, trading as The Walls (Trade Licence No. 971098 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai; TRN 100543046500003, Warehouse No. 4, 22nd Street, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE) ("The Walls", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Site. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Any project quotations, proposals, or estimates provided by The Walls — whether submitted via the website, WhatsApp, email, or in person — are non-binding until a formal written contract is executed and signed by both parties. Project scopes, pricing, and timelines are subject to change based on final site measurements, material availability, and agreed design revisions.

أي عروض أسعار أو مقترحات أو تقديرات يقدمها ذا وولز — سواء عبر الموقع أو واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو شخصياً — تكون غير ملزمة حتى يتم تنفيذ عقد رسمي مكتوب وتوقيعه من الطرفين. تخضع نطاقات المشاريع والأسعار والجداول الزمنية للتغيير بناءً على القياسات النهائية للموقع وتوافر المواد والمراجعات التصميمية المتفق عليها.

Consultation Bookings

Consultation times chosen on the website are requests until we confirm them by email or WhatsApp. You can reschedule or cancel online, using the link in your booking emails, until 24 hours before your consultation; after that, please contact us on WhatsApp. We may need to move or cancel a consultation occasionally — if so we will let you know as early as possible and help you choose a new time. Consultations are free of charge and do not create any obligation for either party.
